Recommended Fabrics

For the best drape and comfort, choose stretch knit fabrics, such as:

Two-thread (2-ply) knit fabrics

Three-thread (3-ply) fleece/knit fabrics

Modal knits

Other medium-weight stretch jersey or sweatshirt knits

Fabric must have stretch.

Fabric Requirements

Depending on size (S–XXL), you will need:

150 cm width x 180–200 cm length

In yards (approx.): 1.64 yd width x 1.97–2.18 yd length

How to Measure

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (just above the belly button).
• Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm (8”) below your waistline.

• This chart is based on woven fabrics (non-stretch). For stretchy fabrics, you may size down.
• All Modella Patterns include seam allowance unless otherwise stated.
