Once your payment is confirmed, your PDF sewing pattern files will be automatically available for instant download. You will also receive an email with the download link.

Returns and Refunds

All products in our store are digital downloads (PDF sewing patterns). Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase and proceeding to download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download.

Therefore, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued once files have been downloaded.
