  • All products listed on this website are digital PDF sewing patterns, not physical goods.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our site.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Purchases and Downloads

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • After payment confirmation, files will be available for instant download.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not possible after files have been downloaded.

3. Product Usage

  • Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern for home sewing.

  • You may print, cut, and sew items for personal use.

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing digital files is strictly prohibited.

  • For commercial sewing or mass production, a separate Commercial License is required (see below).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and pattern designs on modellapattern.com are the property of Modella Pattern and are protected by copyright law.

5. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure our patterns are accurate and safe to use. However, Modella Pattern is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from misuse, printing errors, or technical issues.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye and the European Union (GDPR compliance).
